Find
Find the work AI should be doing.
I spend time in your business, look at how the work actually gets done and find the few places where AI will pay its way. You get a clear, costed plan, not a pile of ideas.

Same goal. New direction.
I’m Adam Hanley. I ran businesses for more than 20 years before I started building with AI. Now I work inside small businesses in Sydney: I find where AI will genuinely help, build it into the way you already work, show your team how to use it and keep it running.
A free, no-pressure 30-minute conversation. You’ll leave with at least one useful idea, whether or not we work together.
You run a profitable business with a good team. You’ve probably tried ChatGPT, sat through a webinar or two, and been pitched by people promising to “transform” everything. Plenty of people will tell you what AI could do. Far fewer will roll up their sleeves and do it.
Meanwhile the same jobs keep eating your week: chasing follow-ups, answering the same questions, copying information between systems, writing up reports nobody enjoys writing.
You don’t have an AI person on staff, and you probably don’t need a full-time one. You need someone who understands how a business runs, can build the thing, and will still be around to look after it.
That’s what I do.

Voice agents that book and qualify, assistants that handle inbox and follow-ups, Shopify help, and connections between the tools you already use. I build it, test it with your team and train them to use it as part of rollout.
How Build works →Run
A monthly care plan keeps what I’ve built running and improving. If you’d like it, I’m also available as your owner’s AI confidant: a sounding board who has sat in your chair and will give you an honest view on AI tools, vendors and ideas.
How Run works →The course
You tell me about your business and what’s slowing you down. I’ll tell you honestly whether AI is a good fit.
Fixed price. I look at how your business really runs and find where AI will make a measurable difference, what it will cost and what it’s likely to return.
Two to four weeks, fixed price. I build the highest-value idea, with your team involved, human checks built in and training as part of the rollout.
I look after it, fix what needs fixing and improve it as your business changes. Add the owner’s AI confidant option if you’d like a regular sounding board.
You can stop after any step. No lock-in contracts.
Proof
I’d rather show you working systems than talk about potential.
Working prototype
I built a prototype that runs AI phone interviews to screen candidates in 10–15 minute calls, scores them against a rubric and sends a clear report to the recruiter’s inbox, plus a search tool that finds candidates by meaning, not just keywords. It’s a working prototype, not yet deployed with a client.

I’m also designing voice ordering for hospitality, an intake agent for real estate and a voice desktop assistant. These are concepts, not live products, and I’m happy to talk them through.
See all work →About
I spent more than 20 years running businesses, with teams of around 50 people. I know what it’s like to sign off on the spending, field the staff questions and live with the result. I also have a science degree from the University of Sydney in maths, computer science, accounting and physics, and I build the systems myself.
Think of me as the AI person in your business, without the full-time hire. I start with your business problem, not the technology. Then I work through your data, the tools you already use, where a person needs to check the work, what it’ll cost to run, how it will be maintained and how we’ll know it’s working. Then I build it.
More about me →Everything is fixed price or a clear monthly fee. The Opportunity Review starts from around $1,500 and build sprints from $3,000.
